HTC, CCTC, OCTC, MTC and JAMADOTS Secure Account
Initiative
We have voluntarily undertaken an
initiative to improve your account security. Once this
process is complete, HTC, CCTC, OCTC, MTC and JAMADOTS will
meet or exceed the Customer Proprietary Network Information
(CPNI) guidelines as laid out by the Federal Communications

As an existing HTC, CCTC, OCTC, MTC
and/or JAMADOTS customer, you should have received a
letter in the mail with your
Unique PIN. You will need this
PIN as well as your
HTC,
CCTC, OCTC, MTC and/or JAMADOTS
account number to complete the security updates to
your account. The entire process will only take a few
minutes and will ensure the integrity of your account. If
you have not received the letter in the mail or you have
misplaced it please call your local office to speak with a
CSR.
